Apples : fat burning food, most of us know them as healthy and good for our health just because they are fruits. Of course the general rule is fruits are good for ones health. But wait, researchers say that apples increase your blood sugar safely and naturally. Apples also keep your blood sugar high longer than most foods. This means that you feel and stay satisfied for a longer period when you eat apples.
