10 MYTHS wrong: food diets failed

Too many myths about foods diet advocates exactly wrong. Unfortunately we already believe as the truth, of course, it could be a bad misunderstanding of being able to thwart our efforts to maintain or lose weight. So, what are these myths wrong?

Here are some examples:

1.Olive oil may be consumed at will
According to research, olive oil is a type of food is good for heart health because it contains monounsaturated fats.
